NEW // brotherun - brotherun_ep
Brotherun can best be described as an organic yet digital electronic band that is in your face with its ambient synths, heavy when necessary leads, syncopated 808 esque drum grooves, and beautiful vocal melodies. Its hard to throw them in one genre with the vast diversity of every track on the EP.
They were kind enough to stream their EP for free on soundcloud, so listen below and throw them some love and buy their EP on iTunes here: Brotherun_EP

Washed Out's Beautiful Creation "Paracosm"
Ernest Greene of Washed Out blew everyone away the first time with his release of "Within and Without" in 2010 and set the bar for dance-pop and chill-wave artists. One could say that Ernest created a genre of his own with the mixture of ambient vocals and dance-pop like music.
From Start to finish Paracosm is a masterpiece sonically and technically. The mixes on each song leave an incredible amount of space and create an elaborate picture of what is trying to be portrayed emotionally and metaphorically.
Greene said before the release of this album that he was trying to stray away from his chill-wave genre and move forward. With the mixture of organic and electronic sounds Greene set his foot on land that has only been walked on by few.
