Father John Misty is lead and was created by Josh Tillman, who is also the drummer for Fleet Foxes and has release multiple solo albums under the name J. Tillman. I have always been a huge fan of him because of his emotional solo albums. Father John Misty is a new chapter of his life and is a movement away from the person he created in his J. Tillman projects through his projects. His KEXP session is really cool and he also goes in depth on what his music has meant to him and what he is trying to say through his music.
