I can't remember exactly when it was but my sister showed me this band on facebook called night beds. The reason she knew about them was because a friend of ours was managing Night Beds in Nashville, TN. After listening to a couple songs I fell in love with the style of the music. What did it for me was the complex drumming alongside sweet melodies and harmonies. Night Beds is one of a kind and I couldn't find anything else like them. Because of this fact they started to get recognized, and appeared on Daytrotter along with some music sites. They were hyping up the release of a new album called "Country Sleep" but went over the expected release date of early November. Me being a disappointed fan and wanted some new music asked for a song of the new album to hold me over a couple more weeks so Winston (Frontman) hooked me up with "Cherry Blossoms" a beautiful song. A couple weeks passed and no release so I just straight up asked for the album and he gave it to me haha. The only reason it worked this way was because of their small following at the time. Some time passed and all of Night Beds hard work payed off with a record deal from Dead Oceans who has Tallest Man On Earth signed. So recently with their new deal they released Every Fire; Every Joy again with new album art. Im excited to see where this fantastic band will go in the future. Enjoy
